Customers come first here at wholesale mega store and we want what you want and that’s relevancy when you are on a site. There for we are changing our lay out of the store in order to make shopping experience easier, in return this change makes room for more items. One advantage is there will be more original content in each category, Instead of duplicate items in many categories. What does this mean for you our customer? Well it means you will have a greater selection to choose from, items in each category will be more relevant to that category. Not to say that they didn’t fit in each category before, but with the changes we will select which is the more relevant category for each item.
Like any business we rely on our customers to help us. In the past if you were looking for a particular item but couldn’t find it in our store, you were left with emailing us or looking somewhere else. I know as a customer myself I would rather look somewhere else instead of Wasting time hunting down the contact us page, however if you are like me you would take the time to fill out a form if it was easily accessible, and that is why we will be implementing a Contact us forum which will be displayed prominently on our home page to make it easy for anyone to leave us a comment or make a suggestion for items they would like to see at wholesale mega store.
Please bare with us while these changes are taking place as some items that were in one location may not be there this time, unfortunately you may have to do a little looking around to find it again, maybe more than once. As we refine our store items may be moved a few times depending on its relevancy.
